On the Latzfons Alm to the Stöfflhütte hut

Villanders/Villandro, Brixen/Bressanone and environs
from center
Short and easy hike on the alpine pastures west above Latzfons, which connect to the Villanders alpine pastures near the Stöffl hut. The hike is recommended for seniors and families with children.
Itinerary
From the Kaseregg parking lot on the signposted alpine trail, from flat to slightly uphill to the edge of the forest and past several huts across the Jocher meadows to the Gfaller or Gfoleralm. Then take the trail to the south, descending slightly in a few minutes to the Stöfflhütte hut (2057 m). The Stöfflhütte hut is a majestic alpine inn in a wonderful location; here, as on the access road, you have a wonderful view of the Dolomites and also a beautiful view of the alpine pastures of Villanders stretching southward. - Return: on the route described on the way out.

In summer, our hiking bus takes you to the most beautiful hiking areas in the heart of South Tyrol. Enjoy the untouched nature on the Villanderer, Latzfonser, Feldthurner and Barbianer Alm/Rittner Horn.
