For us bakers it is vital to ensure that traditional recipes and bread varieties are preserved and handed down. We make typical South Tyrolean bread and sweet baked goods, using ancient recipes with a modern twist, as well as creating our own new products. All these items are made fresh every day, using natural sourdough and local ingredients, and with a guarantee of a hundred percent quality.
In times of machines and finished products - where can you still find a bakery in South Tyrol with deep roots that still relies on real craftsmanship and tradition, that kneads, shapes and bakes where the air is still clean and the mountain water is pure?
Since 1954, our family and employees at the Trenker Bakery have been doing what they do best: baking! At an altitude of 1,240 m, in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites, we produce fresh South Tyrolean bread and fine pastries for you every day.
