Circular hike around the "Tisner Gall"

From the parish church in Tesimo take the main road towards Prissiano for approx 200 m until you come to a large wooden cross, known as the “Hohes Kreuz”. Next turn right and uphill, following the signposts for “Oberer Wiesenweg” and trail no. 13. The route climbs constantly until after Castel Zwingenburg it turns right, still uphill, and still following the signs for trail no. 13. Below the hamlet of Caprile, turn right on trail no. 4B to the Gfrillerhof inn (refreshment stop; duration to this point 1 hr 30 min). It is also possible to get to this point by car or bus. Now - crossing over the Passo Palade road - follow trail no. 4B, also known as the Rundweg Gall or Gall circular route, which is somewhat steep to begin with, then after a short section along the road turns off to the right, now only moderately steep, again continuing on trail 4B. The path leads through woodland gently downhill and past the Waldheim snack station (refreshment stop) and, after approx. 2 hrs 15 min from the Gfrillerhof, back to the Passo Palade road again. Cross this after a few metres to the left onto trail no. 13 then as the outbound journey back to Castel Zwingenburg and Tesimo. Alternatively, walk for a further 15 minutes up to Caprile and take the bus/car back.
