At Platzerhof, everything is grown and made with care and in line with organic principles. The farm cultivates grains, raspberries, and potatoes. Wheat, rye, and spelt are milled on site into high-quality organic flour.
Products include homemade apple strudel, traditional Tyrolean krapfen, fresh raspberries (late July to late August), raspberry and elderflower syrup, and table potatoes.
Please pre-order strudel and krapfen by phone, especially if you wish to pick up on Sundays – we’ll gladly prepare everything fresh for you.
