The hamlet of Rojen/Roja is one of the highest settlements in South Tyrol and the Rojental valley is one of its hidden jewels. The circular hike starts at the car park in Rojen and leads orographically left on the path towards the end of the valley. Walking along the Rojen river, passing beautiful mountain meadows and original hay barns, you reach a plateau where the path leads into the path signposted no. 8A. After crossing the river, the trail runs along the right side of the valley through pine forests towards the ski and hike lodge Rojen. Note: The round trip is possible in either direction, with light footwear.
