Long hike on the path nr. 4, starting from San Candido and passing the Cappella del Bosco Chapel, until reaching the Baita del Cacciatore Mountain Hut. Return on the same route.
Notice: During the summer season 2026, there will be heavy construction vehicle traffic on hiking trail no. 4 from Innichen / San Candido to the Waldkapelle / Jägerhütte – Cappella del Bosco / Baita del Cacciatore (reason: construction works for the 10 seater gondola lift HELMISSIMO). We kindly ask for extra caution and understanding regarding possible inconveniences.

You can reach Innichen / San Candido easily by train, by bus or by car. Please contact the Tourist Info Innichen to get information about timetables and parking areas.
