At Gaudenz Hofbrennerei & Weingut - farm distillery & winery, Christine Schönweger devotes herself with great passion to the art of distillation. In the small on-site distillery, she produces fine fruit brandies and elegant grappa, all handcrafted with care. A total of 17 different varieties are available – those wishing to stock up are advised not to wait too long.
The same dedication is reflected in the wines: made exclusively from estate-grown grapes, they are expressive and lively, ranging from a fruity Pinot Blanc and an aromatic Yellow Muscat to a refreshing rosé, a juicy Vernatsch and the velvety red Cuvée Luis.
