The best way is from Kastelruth to Seis. From the center of Seis, San Oswald can be reached by bike in 20 minutes downhill. Or from Castelrotto along the state road in the direction of Waidbruck. Halfway along the road, at Zoll, turn left onto a single-lane road. Follow the road to St. Oswald.
