Turner Josef Taschler creates handcrafted unique items from local wood. With experience and attention to detail, bowls, lampshades, candle holders and containers are produced, combining tradition with contemporary style. Each piece has its own character. Visits are possible by prior phone appointment.

Bowl turning was a widespread occupation in the Val Casies Valley. In the 15th and 16th centuries, the use of stone pine was even restricted by the authorities to preserve the tree population.
