During the pleasant walk, you will encounter unique inscribed stones. A dialogue trail where all family members can read and exchange thoughts.
The starting point of this short yet scenic walk is the Parish Church of Ortisei. From here, follow the steep road to the left of the church, heading towards San Giacomo. After just a few minutes, you’ll reach the clearly marked trail to “Col de Flam” on the left-hand side.
The path leads you through a beautifully designed landscape, where you’ll come across four artistically crafted symbols, engraved porphyry stones, and meditative inscription plaques. As you walk uphill in gentle switchbacks, you’ll enjoy a charming natural setting and stunning views over the village of Ortisei nestled in the valley below.
Soon, you’ll arrive at the highlight of the tour: an impressive wooden statue of Christ, peacefully overlooking the landscape. Here, comfortable wooden benches invite you to take a break and soak in the unforgettable panorama.
You can return the same way, or – for a bit of variety – follow the “Troi de Gola” trail to the Pauli Hut, then continue through the Val d’Anna back to the Parish Church.
Please check with the Tourist Office whether this hiking trail is accessible, especially in the winter months.

Timetables and travel information are available in the local tourist office in Val Gardena.
