During the culinary winter-weeks "The Alpine Table", numerous mountain huts across the holiday area Gitschberg Jochtal invite you to experience alpine cuisine at its most authentic. From 14–21 December 2025 and 15–22 March 2026, participating huts serve special dishes prepared exclusively with regional ingredients and offered outside the regular menu. Each hut interprets local products in its own unique way, creating unforgettable moments of culinary enjoyment in the heart of the winter paradise. A culinary experience that harmoniously combines tradition, regionality, and the cozy atmosphere of winter mountain huts.
