Making “Muas” in the pan
Cooking together “Muas” (typical South Tyrolean dish comparable to a soft pudding made mainly of flour, milk and butter) in the iron pan on an open fire. Afterwards, we eat it with 'Holer-Mulle' (sort of elderberry jam) from the large frying pan in the old farmhouse parlour “Stube”, just like a hundred years ago. Served with home-made crystal wine.
Meeting point: 2.00 pm at Torgglerhof, Nafner Straße 22, below Teis
