Guided snowshoe hike - Gampen Alm

Start of the snowshoe hike at the meeting point at Zans (UNESCO Info Point) at 09.30 am - arrival by public bus line 330 is recommended (see timetables: www.suedtirolmobil.info).

Ascent via the Gampen meadows to the Gampen Alm.
Stopover in the hut and final descent with the sledges to the Zans or to St. Magdalena/Ranui.
Alternatively return by foot and with the bus line 330 (see timetables: www.suedtirolmobil.info).
Return: approx. 3.00 pm

IMPORTANT: wearing a helmet is mandatory when sledding. Please make sure to bring a helmet.

    UNESCO Info Point Zans
    Getting to the starting point of the tour is easy and convenient.
    By bus from Klausen/Chiusa or Brixen/Bressanone through Villnöss/Funes valley to Zans (bus stop Zanserhütte). Online timetable search at www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/

    By car:
    Through the Eisacktal/Valle Isarco to Klausen/Chiusa turn into Villnöss/Funes valley and drive to Zans. There is a paid car park available (car park Zans).
    within the day before 4.00 pm at the Tourist Information Office or online
    Bring snowshoes and hiking sticks for the hike. On request the snowhoes can be rented free of charge and are supplied by our partner Tubbs Snowshoes.
    Important: wearing a helmet is mandatory when sledding. Please make sure to bring a helmet.
    You may also want to pack a small snack and warm beverage for along the way.

    In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is possible only if the cancellation is made in writing before 12 noon of the previous day. If the cancellation is made by the participant after 12.00 noon, the costs are charged 100% to the participant. In case of no show no other offer can be made use of and no money will be refunded.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded (for example, if the minimum number of participants is not reached).
    The event must be paid in advance online or in one of the tourist offices.
