In this workshop, she will show you how to prepare delicious dumplings in the traditional way. Together we will get to know the different variations of this popular dish and work with fresh ingredients.     Everything you need to know

    Eichernhof farm, Vöran
    By public transport: Bus line no. 204 - bus stop "Vöran", on foot to Eichernhof (approx. 2,5km). Funicular Vöran no. 226 until Vöran, on foot to Eichernhof (approx. 2,5km). By car: From Meran towards Hafling and Vöran, drive through the village centre in the direction of the cable car, turn left shortly before and reach the Eichernhof (approx. 3 minutes). From Bozen via Terlan towards Vöran. Follow the road through the village centre to Eichernhof (approx. 3 minutes).
    by the previous day at 4 p.m. at the information office in Avelengo

    Please let us know in advance if you have any food intolerances so that we can pass this information on to the alpine hut.
