The annual Witches' Dance on the Würzjoch provides a magical atmosphere again this year!

Every year at midsummer the witches dance at the Passo delle Erbe and spread a feeling of magic. The so called wizards accompany all the spectators up to the foot of the Sas de Pütia, where the wiches dance and are up to mischief. There are also old farmers’ traditions, stories, songs, fun and action for kids and gastronomical delicacies

Directions

Getting to the starting point of the tour is easy and convenient. By bus from Klausen/Chiusa or Brixen/Bressanone through Villnöss/Funes valley to Würzjoch (bus stop Würzjoch). Online timetable search at www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/ By car: Through the Eisacktal valley to Klausen and from there into the Villnöss valley. Via St. Peter to the Würzjoch. OR Through the Pustertal valley before St. Lorenz into the Gadertal valley. At Picolein turn off towards St. Martin in Thurn and follow the road to Würzjoch.
