The apartment offers 83 square meters of living space enough space for 4 people. Two bedrooms, each with king-size beds and great views, let you come to rest. The modern and fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, with regard to the preparation of typical local dishes, communicative encounters or individual retreat. For your well-being, 2 shower rooms are available. One of them offers a Finnish panoramic sauna with an unobstructed view of the nearby Texel Group and the Parcines waterfall. Free Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art consumer electronics are also available. Another highlight is the spacious roof terrace, where you can relax in the whirlpool, sunbathe or simply enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery with your favourite drink. There are two parking spaces available for your vehicles. You can charge your electric car directly at the pitch (for a fee). The center of Parcines with all shops for daily needs and an excellent selection of inns and restaurants is about 500m away. You can reach the various locations with a leisurely stroll through the wonderfully green apple orchards, with a short bike ride or comfortably by car. You start your hikes on the famous irrigation channels directly at the Penthouse St. Helena. Likewise, your bike tours in the beautiful Adige Valley. The bus line stops in the immediate vicinity of the penthouse, the S-Bahn to Meran and further to Bozen is only approx. 300m away.
