Our pretty, well furnished appartment of 80 qm is composed of 2 nice sleeping rooms (with connecting door) with 2 private bathrooms, one of them with separated bath tube is located behind one of the sleeping rooms and the other next to the Dining room (with shower/WC) - both with a window.
If you are a Family of 5 persons, there is separated salon with an extendable sofa and balcony.

From the vestibule with wardrobe (cupboard and shoe boxes) you reach the homely living/dining .
In the new fully equipped kichen there are amenities at your disposal like fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee- and "Tchibo"- espresso-machine.
There are balconies all arround where you can relax and enjoy the amazing panoramic view to the valleys and mountains.

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
