Hotel description

The Fanes Mountain Hut is in the Fanes Alps overlooking San Vigilio di Marebbe. The mountain hut which opened in 1928 has a long tradition. The atmosphere has not changed over time: you can find photographs, souvenirs, stories and unique objects that recall the Ladin origin of the place. The marvellous view of the Fanes Group in the Dolomites, the rich culinary tradition and warm hospitality make a day at the Fanes mountain hut an unforgettable experience.

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Kronplatz changes with the seasons, but never loses its unique charm. In summer, you can explore on foot or by bike; in winter, on skis or snowshoes. The landscape is open and easily recognisable, even though the light and colours change.
