The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator, and enjoys plenty of natural light. - The central hallway connects the living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. - The living room faces south, 30 sqm, very bright. Table with Poldina lamp, sofa bed (140 cm wide) and TV. In the background, floral memories of the south. - The sunny balcony, away from the street, above a garden. A good place to enjoy the morning hours. - The kitchen, well equipped, with plenty of space to cook what you want. - The bathroom with washing machine, toilet, shower, bathtub and bidet. - the bedroom, 24 sqm, with double bed, framed by amaryllis flowers and the green decorative stove, to rest well, or take a look at the historic facades of the street.
