Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful city center of Merano, our apartment is located in an idyllic and quiet location. The sun welcomes you already in the morning on the spacious terrace and spoils you until the evening hours. The top equipped 85 m² apartment offers with two bedrooms, open kitchen and living area, bathroom, guest toilet and the latest technology such as a photovoltaic system a carefree and sustainable vacation. For those who want to get active, Merano is the perfect starting point for exciting excursions, whether by bus, bike or car. From maia garden you can explore the spa town's enchanting Passer promenade on foot or stroll through the botanical gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. In the surrounding mountains and valleys there is much to discover on great mountain hikes, challenging bike tours or idyllic mountain villages.

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon.
