The spacious apartments in Tyrolean style feature one or two bedrooms, south-facing balcony or terrace, and a wonderful view of the mountains. The village centre is 500 m away. A shuttle bus operates between the village centre and the Seiser Alm cable cars, which can also be reached by foot within 15 minutes or within a few minutes' drive. The Villa has a spacious underground car park, and a storage room for ski equipment and bicycles. In summer, you can use the outdoor pool, and in winter the sauna with relaxation room in Residence Nussbaumer, which is 650m away.
