"Residence Olivi" is located in the southern part of the Burggrafenamt, in the middle of green nature and can be reached via our private access road. In the southern part of the complex there is the Aschlbach stream and towards the north the property is protected by the mountain that leads to Merano 2000. The building consists of four residential units and is built according to the standard of the Klimahaus "Natur". The project with a modern language was planned into a traditional rural context with consideration of nature. Due to the southwest location, the protection of the north winds, the whole building is surrounded by olive trees, which can grow only in this part of the Burgraviate in a natural way. The hillside, adjacent to the residence, is cultivated with a small olive grove of 40 olive trees. The Aschl stream, with the sound of water (white noise) flowing south of the residence, will have a relaxing effect on you and make your sleep easier.
