The centre of Merano can be reached in a few minutes by car or in 15 minutes on a beautiful footpath. The relaxing domicile is located in Merano Maia Alta/Obermais and the beautiful centre of the spa town is in the immediate vicinity. The botanical gardens and the Touriseum at Trauttmansdorff Castle can be easily reached via the Sissi Trail. The public outdoor pool in Scena is within sight. From the bus stop 5 minutes away, you can reach many places of interest. The extensive Merano 2000 hiking area is ideal for excursions, and the cycle path to the Passeier Valley is only a few hundred metres away. Available for 2-4 persons 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a large open-plan living room consisting of: Living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchenette and a covered balcony. Guests can park in a private car park in front of the house. The flat on the 2nd floor is accessed via the common staircase. The well-being of my guests is very important to me.
