Our house, located at 1100 meters above the sea level, is surrounded by forests and green hills on the sunny side of Tiers. Complete calmness is expecting you in our house, fresh and clean air, living literally "in" or under the trees of our beautiful forests. There is no traffic or noise disturbing our guests because we enjoy the privilege of being the last house at the end of the road, yet enjoying a splendid panoramic view over the centre of the village and the valley. From our house you can reach the village in 5 minutes by car, and if you prefer to walk through the beautiful forest path in about 20 minutes. You can start your hiking trips directly from our house, (so no car necessarily needed), and if you want to climb our tops of the Dolomites it takes you less than 30 minutes to the starting points. We would be glad to welcome you at Ferienhaus Leitner and offer you a pure and refreshing vacation experience in the middle of the Dolomites.

About the region

The Dolomites Region Seiser Alm will win you over at first glance. In front of you rises the Schlern mountain, the symbol of South Tyrol, and all around you is Europe's largest plateau. In summer and winter, you can walk, ski, stay in a refuge, or simply enjoy the silence. From the Petz mountain, you can take in views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the villages in the valley, such as Kastelruth/Ciastel or Völs am Schlern/Fiè, life still follows classic rural rhythms. Legends are part of the landscape here, and the peaceful ambiance invites you to slow down, even though Bolzano is just a stone's throw away.
