The house is situated on a hill above Seis, in close proximity to the village center, in a peaceful location, and boasts a magnificent panoramic view of the Schlern massif and Rosszähne. The house is surrounded by a large garden with ample parking. You can reach the village square on foot in just 2 minutes. The bus stop is located nearby. Seis is an ideal starting point for numerous walks and mountain hikes and is located 5 km from the famous Seiser Alm, which you can reach from Seis in just 18 minutes via the new cable car.

The appartment was renovated in 2009, is about 40 sqm, located on the 3rd floor and consists of living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The two rooms are furnished in the local style. The cosy living room is paneled with wood and has a bay window with generous windows, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view.
The flat is very well suited for two people.
Two more people can be accommodated in the living room (sofa with pull-out bed). A cot can be set up in the bedroom for a small child.

The Dolomites Region Seiser Alm will win you over at first glance. In front of you rises the Schlern mountain, the symbol of South Tyrol, and all around you is Europe's largest plateau.
