All of our modern 12 appartements in the Villa Maier have a wonderful balcony with a view over the green nature as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. A regional breakfast buffet awaits you every morning and our trust bar provides you with Italian delicacies. The hotel's own clay TENNIS court is at your disposal, as well as a YOGA room and a small SAUNA. In summer, our POOL with a sunbathing area offers the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the pool. There is plenty of space for children to play in the indoor playroom or the outdoor playground. Villa Maier is just a 3-minute walk from the Costalovara station of the Renon railway, from where you can reach the town of Bolzano/Bozen in 25 minutes (free with the included Guest Pass). You can also reach many hiking trails directly from the house.

About the region
