Hotel description

Our idea  Sure: to create something special. But as we all know, that's what many people want. To create a place where everything is a little more "real" and a little more "simple". A place that our guests can have all to themselves. Directly on Lake Caldaro. To redesign only 12 rooms together with Biquadra. Buying the food fresh and cooking it fresh. We really take that seriously. That's why there is neither a menu nor a finished dish to be seen here. Because we don't know today what the garden, the butcher and our dear partners will be able to deliver tomorrow. All we know is that Tanja cooks it so cool that it tastes so cool. Oh yes, and vino - lots of vino, which we love more than anything.

About the region

Spring begins earlier here. And the autumn lasts longer. Wine is produced here in abundance. Lemons, figs and olives thrive here. Today, as in the past, exceptional architecture designs were realised in the name of making and tasting wine. The area is home to people with an innovative spirit. Here you can feel the southern vibe.
