What makes our Gartensuite special is its direct access to the sunbathing lawn and saltwater pool. Step out into the warm sunshine, walk across the soft, green grass and take a deep breath in the soothing morning air before retiring in the spacious kitchen and living room area or on the terrace for a delicious breakfast. Up until the end of the 90s, wine from the farm?s own grapes was produced. Our Weinbergsuite, which translates into vineyard suite, is designated to preserve the memory of that time. Additionally, it offers a fantastic view of the vineyards below the ?Algunder Waalweg?. Get cozy on the terrace or in the welcoming kitchen and living room area and enjoy a glass of Largrein or Blauburgunder while reflecting on your holiday.

This apartment is given a special honor. Because of its unique view high above the rooftops, the former room No. 7 was already particularly popular amongst our guests in the previous Rosengartenhof. Together with the neighboring rooms, it has been turned into a very special suite. It impresses with its spacious terrace and the fantastic view of the surrounding mountain peaks. To guarantee special holiday moments, the Suite No. 7 is the only apartment with both a private whirlpool and infrared sauna.

The Rosensuite is our largest apartment and therefore named after our house. The two separate bedrooms along with the living room guarantee a stay with plenty of privacy ? perfect for families or for a holiday with friends. The highlight of this suite is the fantastic panoramic view: when standing on the south-facing terrace, the Burgraviato region with its spa town of Merano and the Adige valley towards Bolzano stretches out in front of you in all its glory.
