Hotel Hubertusstube

The hotel is situated on the sunny slopes of the alpine village of Laion, which spreads out at a height of 1,100 metres offering you glorious panoramic views. Our hotel lies somewhat lower down at 800 metres and is right on the main Val Gardena/Gröden thoroughfare so is very easy to reach. Our guests value this central location because it offers easy access to the whole of South Tyrol by car, motorbike or bus. Nonetheless, in no time at all you can retreat into nature here and enjoy some precious time for yourself in a sunny location. A holiday in Lajen is a great chance to leave the car behind and use bus and train to explore the cultural landscape! Our guests are all given a Val Gardena travel card and so can enjoy free public transport throughout the South Tyrol region. Leave your car in our car park and let the attractive landscape flow past you from the comfort of a bus. There is a bus stop right outside our hotel, which offers services into the Val Gardena and to the surrounding historical towns such as Chiusa/Klausen or Bressanone/Brixen. Take the A22 Brennero motorway to the Chiusa exit. Take the main road SS242 towards Val Gardena for 8 km then, instead of turning off towards Laion town centre, follow the course of the road for approximately 200 m until you see the hotel Hubertusstube on the left hand side. From the motorway exit it takes about 15 minutes to reach our hotel.
