Location

Description

The hotel is located on the seventh floor of Lux palace and it is easily reachable with two elevators. Every room has its own balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful sight of Merano and surroundings. All rooms are foreseen with a bathroom or shower/WC, a safe and a telephone. On demand you can have TV and refrigerator in the room. Free WIFI The train and the bus station are in front of the hotel: from there you can reach your daily destinations, whereas the city center of Merano can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
