The hotel, with its “villa”, is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas in Merano, surrounded by greenery and yet only a 10-minute walk from the city center of Merano, where you will find everything that makes Merano so popular. From the thermal baths and the gardens of Castle "Trauttmansdorff" to the famous Merano arcades. Would you prefer a relaxed walk or hike? There are also countless possibilities for this! From the beautiful promenades to an easy hike on one of the "Waalweg" trails in the area around Merano. But even if you don't feel like going on an exploration tour, no problem! You will find peace and relaxation in our 3.000m² large garden and in our beautiful house chapel. All rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, television and the most part also with balcony. The culinary fact must not be forgotten either. Our kitchen will spoil you with international delicacies as well as the well-known South Tyrolean cuisine. About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature.
