We are a small restaurant focusing on the essentials. Quality is our number one priority. We work with produce that has been grown by farmers putting all their heart and passion in their work. Our personal contact with the farmers enable us to conjure up delicious, modern and sustainable meals.

Since 1977 we have served homemade Ladin specialities for our guests to enjoy in our rustic dining rooms and in summer also in our romantic garden.

For those of you who enjoy things the traditional way, you will feel right at home in our Pizza & Bistro section of Hardimitz‘n, located on the ground floor. Here you can experience the South Tyrolean way of life, with its exquisite pizzas baked in a wood fired oven, its touches of Mediterranean and the lovingly furnished rustic "Stuben". In addition, we offer colourful variety of salads, appetizers, finger foods and aperitives as well as fantastic chicken wings and other delicious selections to indulge your desires. The Restaurant & Steakhouse can be found on the second floor of Hardimitz‘n. Its interior design is truly magnificent and will surely take your breath away while you enjoy your meal. With selected ingredients and spices from the grill, pan or oven. Such as, fresh fish, meat, crunchy and juicy vegetables and our home made starters. Our guest operating with restaurant and pizzeria is located in St. Sigmund, is centrally located and the starting point of various excursions and hikes. We are about 10 km from the Kronplatz. Close by is also the bike path that runs through the Pusteria. Our family atmosphere may not be missing and thus prepares you to chief personally delicious pizzas, as well as national and international dishes.

Our traditional hotel is extremely popular especially through the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest in summer and winter guests. Our attention is especially true of family care of our guests and especially the well-kept South Tyrol and international cuisine with typical real Specialties. This tranquil ski hut belongs to the eposymous Niederegger Hof farm and is one of the most popular places when it comes to farm holidays in the Valdaora area. Located right next to the final slope down into the valley towards the "Gassl", the cosy farmhouse offers overnight accommodation but is also worth a detour to enjoy a welcome break. The restaurant places the emphasis on Tyrolean specialities.

In the beginnings a horse stable, the original vault from the 17 century was restored and conected with modern architectur. Open since 04.05.01 the area is daily open from 08.00 to 24.00. We serve pizzas and other food from 12.00 to 14.00 (in the high season we have non stop pizza service from 12.00 to 23.00) and at night from 17.30 to 23.00.
