Under the professional guidance of a state-certified mountain guide you learn the abc of climbing at the Marchegg climbing garden. Equipment is provided free of charge. You only need to bring trekking shoes or runners and comfortable clothing. Food and drinks are available in the Marchegghof tavern nearby. Together with Kneipp expert Resi, we dive into the revitalizing world of Kneipp therapy and experience the power of water in the untouched nature surrounding Bad Ratzes. The original South Tyrolean apple strudel is baked together with the farmer's wife of the 737-year-old Schildhof farm - with shortcrust pastry and without pine nuts. The ingredients, tricks and tips will be explained. A nut strudel made from yeast dough is also made together. While the strudels bake in the oven, we enjoy a vegetable strudel together, accompanied by fresh tomato salad from the garden. Finally, the dessert is served warm from the oven. On a visit to a farm garden with an experienced herbalist, you'll pick various medicinal herbs, learn about their curative properties and then process them into ointments and other natural remedies.

Walking along the most frequented paths of Alta Badia, Alessia encourages collecting the waste left by the careless, all the while sharing curious anecdotes, prompting reflection and awareness. The experience wraps up in a convivial and relaxing moment: a picnic at the base of the Pisciadú waterfalls. That is exactly why we created the Edges, Decision Making & Goal Scoring Camp, where we will work on the decision making ability of our players, because we think that it is the utimate skill to master the game of hockey. After a few sessions of edgework to strengthen our stability, we will go into very specific decision making drills where we will challenge our players to make every decision quicker, in order to gain the edge over their competitors during that split second that decides upon victory or defeat. Whether it is left or right, passing or shooting, the right answer does not wait. And that is why the best technique is worthless, if it is not used at the right time.

The Kneipp and health trainer Annemarie Santer Nock invites you to the Vettererhof and reveals the five principles of Sebastian Kneipp. You will learn how you can contribute to a better attitude to life and to maintaining your health with refreshing water treatments. What defines a rocket? Why do rockets fly? What needs to be considered during launch? How do rockets move in the universe? How long will it be before the first tourists fly into space? Questions upon questions that the Planetarium South Tyrol tries to answer for curious rocket builders at a workshop for children. The main focus is on how such a rocket works and what the rebound principle is all about. After all, this is the prerequisite for building a paper rocket that can compete with the competition.
