On her farm in Welschnofen | Nova Levante there are various animals and in summer she has a colourful garden with all types of vegetables and fruits. After a short tour of the farm we cook together various types of dumplings with the farm products. Finally, we taste together the dumplings. The fauna of the Dolomites includes many types of known and easily sighted animals, such as squirrels and deers, but includes as many, difficult to see and hear, especially in the world of birds of prey. After an introduction in the Nature Park House Visitor Center (approx. 50 min., only in Italian!), we will drive to the Owls Park, where Mario will show and tell us the peculiarities of his feathered friends.

Do you want to be more secure and confident on forest roads and simple trails? Then the standardized riding technique training of the South Tyrolean bike schools is just right for you! In the basic course, you will learn everything important about bike knowledge, bike fitting, shifting, braking, control of slow curves, the correct position for up and downhill, and balance. The themes are conveyed through methodically processed exercises and completing the course will then also allow you to participate in all "orange" tours (medium difficulty) of the South Tyrolean bike guides.
