We propose cooking lessons based on simple ingredients. You can learn about our traditional Ladin cooking linked to local traditions. In a few hours, you can learn to cook and finally enjoy some Ladin specialities. The cook speaks Italian and German. With the CCM Pro Goalie Camp, we created a Pro style summer hockey camp where our athletes can train and prepare for the next season. We wanted to gather world class goalie coaches from all over the world to train in the most beautiful sorroundings. Small groups and attention to detail is our first priority at the CCM Goalie Camp. With the CCM Pro Goalie Camp, we wanted to put a lot of focus on each goalie, so that every minute on the ice is designed to make you a better goalie. Instead of running countless drills, we want to focus on a few specific drills and go into every detail. Everything is given in order to create an optimal training environment. Not only is it an unbelievable place to train, but it is also an unforgettable experience with fellows of the so called special breed.

Together with the herb fairy Tamara you will get to know different herbs and their effects and enchant them with various recipes for products: creams, ointments, tinctures, juice, salt,.... She will share her knowledge about different herbs with you and will be happy to answer all your herbal questions! In the end you will be rich in various recipes and homemade herbal products. Every Wednesday we meet us in the farm of the Schildhof Obergereuth. Together we prepare South Tyrolean bread with spices and wheat from our farm. While the dough is rising and resting, we visit our mill from 1831. The bread and three recipes are taken home. While the bread is baking in the oven, we dedicate ourselves to lunch: a generous and varied platter of cheeses from the organic cheese dairy Schupferhof, various types of bread from our farm and our medlar jelly. In just under half an hour we take the shuttle to Schwemmalm, the ski area where Dominik Paris' career began. Our tour starts on the ‘Höfeweg’: this roughly 18 km circular trail takes us in its first half to the end of the valley in St. Gertraud. At the Lahner sawmill, we tackle the ascent to the Kirchberg Alpine pasture, mostly via a shaded forest road. We are already within the Stelvio National Park and enjoy a wonderful view during our lunch break. After lunch, we descend to St. Gertraud. The final part of the Höfeweg takes us back to the bus.
