The Language Café is a way to practise speaking a foreign language in company and in an informal environment. At the Don Bosco Library in Laives you will find a moderator for each table, i.e. for each language. Depending on the language you want to practise in, choose your table, sit down and... start chatting! You will talk to the moderator or moderator and the other people like you sitting at that table. If you get tired, you can safely leave or change tables. In general, it is recommended that you have a basic knowledge of your chosen language in order to be able to follow the conversation and participate actively.

Where wind and water meet, kite surfers feel at home. The Resia Lake offers perfect wind and water conditions for the sport, turning this formerly remote region into one of the most popular kite surfing centers in the Alps. This trending sport, halfway between surfing and windsurfing, can be learned directly at Resia Lake under the professional guidance of the Kite Surf instructors.

Through apple orchards and vineyards we pass the small villages of Nalles and Andriano, and then tackle the climb up to Missiano, the well-known “village of castles.” There we can choose between Boymont Castle or Hocheppan Castle. We cycle along Lake Caldaro, passing picturesque vineyards and enjoying breathtaking views of the lake and the Dolomites. Along the way, we learn a lot about the region’s winemaking culture and stop in Tramin, one of South Tyrol’s most renowned wine villages.
