    On South Tyrol's sled runs

With long and winding sled runs, South Tyrol is a paradise for fans of fast runners. Whether it's a day trip with the whole family or moonlight sledding at a late hour: after a rest in an alpine hut, the descent through the winter forest is always a pleasure. Well-prepared and secured sled runs offer fun for young and old. Safety should always come first: Ski goggles, sturdy shoes with a distinctive profile and a helmet are recommended for children and adults alike. If you go out at night, you should always have a flashlight with you. Wearing a protective helmet is compulsory for minors.
