Visit to the Gatscher cheese dairy farm

Kiens/Chienes, Dolomites Region Kronplatz/Plan de Corones

Visitors can learn about and follow the process from milk to cheese on a tour. The exciting experience ends with a tasting.

From the cultivation of fodder to the rearing of calves, to livestock farming with dairy products and their refinement into tasty yoghurt, butter and cheese. Even the energy is generated directly on the farm. In the barn and the cheese dairy, visitors can take a tour and learn about the process from milk to cheese. The exciting experience ends with a tasting of the farm products.
Registration:Online or at the tourist office in Kiens/Chienes until Thursday 8.30 pm. Limited participants.
Meeting point: Farm Gatscherhof Kiens/Chienes at 09:30 a.m.
Costs: Adults with Kronplatz Guest Pass 10 €; others pay 20 €; children from 4 to 10 years 5 €.

    Farm Gatscherhof Kiens/Chienes at 09:30 a.m.
    Free parking direct at the cheese dairy.
    till Thursday at the tourim office 5:30 p.m or online 08:30 p. m
    Please bring the Guest Pass and the ticket along you!
    The registration can be cancelled free of charge within the registration period by email ti info@kiens.bz or by thelephone at +39 0474565245.
    In case of cancellation by the organizer, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The event must be paid in advance online or in our tourist office. Payment on site at the beginning of the event is not possible.
    The registration is only valid after receipt of payment. Unpaid registrations expire after 2 hours and are automatically deleted.
    Costs: Adults with Kronplatz Guest Pass 10 €; others pay 20 €;children from 4 to 10 years 5 €, children up to 3 years free of charge.
