To the Emerald Schrüttenseen Lakes

Brixen/Bressanone, Brixen/Bressanone and environs

The hike takes us to the Frozen Lakes, idyllically set in the forest of the Scaleres Valley.

This challenging hike leads to two alpine lakes in the Schalderer Tal valley, ideal for a refreshing dip and picnic. After a short rest, we hike to the Lorenzischarte, which separates the Schalderer Tal from the extensive pastures of the Kühbergalm. In the middle of the Sarntal Alps, a postcard view opens up of the surrounding mountains and the Dolomite massifs opposite. Duration: 5–6 h | 10.5 km | ↑ 805 m | ↓ 685 m | challenging IMPORTANT: all guides are German and Italian speaking

    Weatherproof clothing, appropriate footwear, it will take place in any climate.
    Brixen Tourism can cancel a tour until 4 pm the day before the tour. If this happens, participants will be refunded in full. If the participant cancels their registration for the tour after 4 pm, the costs of this are borne in full by the participant. If the participant does not attend an event they have booked, they cannot transfer to another event or claim a refund. Participants can rebook activities they have already booked until 2 pm the day before the event they have booked.
