2 egg whites with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
140 g icing sugar
11 pinch of salt
125 g pine nuts
10 g vanilla sugar
Preparation
Time to prepare: 40 min.
Whisk together egg whites, icing sugar and salt over a warm water bath until mixture forms into thick foam; stir in the pine nuts and season with vanilla sugar.
Place a spoonful of the pine-nut mixture onto each wafer, and bake in preheated oven.
