Description

The house was newly built in 2011 with two spacious holiday apartments. The many windows offer a magnificent panoramic view of the Vinschgau Valley. Balconies facing east invite you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and start the day relaxed. The large open space around the house offers plenty of room for children to play and run around. Various play equipment invites young and old to linger and play together. In addition, you can experience everyday rural life in the rhythm of the year up close. There are beautiful hiking opportunities directly from the farm, including the well-known ‘Gumperlesteig’ adventure trail. The quiet forest location, far from the hustle and bustle and noise of the streets, allows you to switch off and recharge your batteries. But you can also quickly reach the city centre and find everything you need.

About the region

Vinschgau/Val Venosta is a land of contrasts. The bell tower jutting out of the Reschensee lake is only the tip of the iceberg. Visitors can choose to sail, cycle or walk along paths that cut through orchards and cultivated fields, always accompanied by the famous Vinschgau winds. The people of this valley have embraced the slow pace of agriculture with their eyes raised to the Ortler mountain, the highest peak in South Tyrol. The purest marble is quarried in Laas/Lasa, while in Glurns/Glorenza, you can walks between medieval walls. Even the historical irrigation ditches tell stories of the land and local ingenuity. Vinschgau does not have to put on a show to leave a lasting impression.
