House Pobitzer welcomes you cordially to Caldaro on the Wine Road, in the hamlet of San Nicolò. “Niklas” is the name we locals give to this small hamlet of Kaltern rich in views and vistas that -settled among the vineyards- rises above the majestic panorama with its two church bell towers ‘sanctuary’ at the foot of the Mendel mountains. We invite you to relax in our two spacious apartments with terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the “Rosengarten” (Rosengarten), Latemar, Fiemme Valley and Lake Caldaro. We hope that the gracious and intimate environment will entice you to take walks, bike rides, relax by the lake or simply enjoy what art and culture can offer you, or even, what tantalizes your palate! Lake Kaltern is, of course, the quintessential attraction of the place. Lake Kaltern is the most temperate alpine lake in the area, making it ideal for swimming and enjoying the view on a deckchair in complete relaxation. If you are fond of water sports, this is the place for you! There is the possibility of sailing or windsurfing, renting rowboats or enjoying the lake on a pedalo. But a walk on the lake could also prove to be an unforgettable experience.
