The Apartments are located right next to the centre of Ortisei, the panoramic and sunny position , combined with proximity to the centre ( approx. 300 metres on foot ) , makes it a strategic location for all kinds of activities and holidays. The first supermarket, shops and restaurants are just approx. 300 metres from the house on foot , and the next skibus stop is 30 metres away. In winter the Seceda ski lift can also be easily reached on foot, as "la Curta " escalator, which takes you to the bottom station of the cable car , is approx 300 metres from the house . There you will find the skipass and ski rental shops and the famous ski school Ortisei . From Seceda you can access the entire Dolomiti Superski area and also reach the legendary Sellaronda. The FAMILY APARTMENT for 04 pax has two bedrooms with double bed ( 190 x200) , a good equipped kitchen ( new winter 2025/26 ) with living room and veranda(loggia), 1 bathroom and 1parking space in front of the house . The SUPERIOR APARTMENT for 2 PAX has one bedroom, one big and beautiful living room with balcony and beautiful view to the town and mountains , kitchen and bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and reserved garage parking space ( walking distance app. 300 metres ) Our clients can also use our garden with sunbeds in summer time and a deposit for sporting equipment (bycicle,ski...etc.) with shoe dryer.
