The kitchen with dining area is equipped with everything you need on holiday: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, mocha, filter coffee machine, spices and all important cooking utensils. If something important is missing, just let me know. The living room with large sofa bed, play corner, 49" SAT-TV with German programmes and convenient access to the balcony with a great view of the former stronghold of Lichtenberg and the Piz Chavalatsch. Fast internet connection thanks to fibre optic cable in the house. The bedroom has a double bed with separate beds (each 90x200), a bunk bed (each 90x190), a large wardrobe and access to the balcony. The flat offers space for 2 to 4 guests. Bed linen and towels included. Bathroom with shower and window. The large fenced garden of the house offers a sheltered area, ideal for a barbecue or relaxing in the fresh air. Not included in the price: *pets are welcome (15 for the whole stay in cash on arrival) *Tourist tax for Lichtenberg: 1,90 per person and per night (children up to 14 years free), in cash on arrival.
