Welcome to Apartments Resi your home in the Dolomites The Apartment house Resi is located in the heart of Selva Val Gardena, surrounded by the magnificent landscape of the Dolomites, Unesco World Heritage. It is close to all main facilities and services of the town, but still in a quiet and sunny position. Its locations makes it to a perfect starting point in winter for unforgettable ski and snowboard days around the Sellaronda and in summer for exciting trekking routes, excursions and mountain bike tours. After the renovation in 2017, the house shines in a new alpine style: modern but sill cozy, warm and familiar. Our house also offers a ski room with ski boot dryer for the Winter and a mountain bike depot for the Summer, so as a nice green garden where you can relax. There is also enough parking place for your car.

About the region

In the Dolomites Region Val Gardena, sports, arts and traditions have always coexisted in perfect harmony. Cable cars take you up to the foot of the Langkofel mountain and the Sella group, where you can access legendary slopes such as the Saslong, and various paths through vast landscapes open up before you. Urtijëi/Ortisei, with its workshops and wood carvings, reveals the artistic side of this Ladin valley. Carving has ancient roots, but the art form is ever evolving. Whether you choose to walk through the Alpine pastures or visit the Gherdëina Museum, Gherdëina welcomes you into a living culture, as intricate as the wood that has told its story for centuries.
