From the kitchen and living room, you look towards Eppan and Kaltern, while the view from the bedroom takes your breath away, looking at the wonderful World Heritage of the Dolomites and its Rosengarten, which turns pink in color in the evenings at sunset. Bozen, the capital of South Tyrol is just 10 minutes away, and you can reach Meran or the Lakes of Kaltern or Montiggl in about 30 minutes. Even the lifts or cable cars that lead to the heart of the Dolomites are easily accessible. This is a non-smoking apartment, you'll find an ashtray on the terrace.
