Rousa little guesthouse

Rousa is a beautiful little guesthouse that has just four rooms. Its historic walls have been interpreted anew. The old, simple farmhouse now offers modern comfort with original design: art by Seletti; lamps by Normann Copenhagen; seating by Eames; tableware and accessories by Räder, Blomus and Ferm Living – all complemented by the honest craftsmanship of local partners, plus natural materials and sustainable textiles. Nature is both outside and inside: in the apartments and on the breakfast table. A delight for the eye, and balm for the soul: together they make for a carefree holiday!

After a good night’s sleep, you can also look forward to enjoying a Regio gourmet breakfast served in the original wood-panelled stube – this room is also available for you to use during the day and in the evening. Read a good book with a nice cup of tea, have a game of chess, play a game of cards or (perhaps for the first time in a long time) try your hand at “Ludo”!

All four of our rooms – or should we say “mini-apartments” – have their own small kitchen area with induction hob, fridge with freezer and, of course, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, meaning you are free to eat in at lunchtime or in the evening. Should you prefer to leave the cooking to someone else, there is a pizzeria and restaurant in the neighbouring village, or you can enjoy a 4-course evening meal in the hotel just two doors away.


Good to know: two of our rooms (cosy up + cosy sky) can be combined to form a single unit with an additional entrance door: ideal for small extended families, for example if Grandma and Grandpa also fancy a stay at the Rousa!
