The city center of Bruneck/Brunico can be reached by car or by taking a nice walk along the nearby cycle and pedestrian path, just under 2 km away. St. Georgen/San Giorgio is a district of Bruneck/Brunico, founded on one of the oldest settlements in the Puster Valley and is located at the entrance to the Tauferer-Ahrntal/Valle Aurina. Supermarket, bakery, bar/cafe, pizza service, butcher, pharmacy, beverage store, newspaper kiosk, tennis courts and the nice riverfront "St. Georgen Beach" are all located within a few hundred meters of the apartments. A car parking space is located at the house. There are other free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Bruneck, the sporty alpine town in the center of the Puster Valley, is particularly well located as a starting point for countless excursions and sporting activities. The skiing and hiking mountain Kronplatz/Plan de Corones is the well-known sporting flagship. The historic old town impresses with its castle from the 13th century, the charm of medieval buildings, a large range of shops and very good restaurants and bars. Near the city, hiking trails invite you to go for a walk and beautiful places in nature to linger.
