The farm "Tschannerhof" is located in the idyllic village of Elvas 820 m above sea level, in a quiet and sunny position, with a wonderful panoramic view over the city of Bressanone/Brixen and the mountains of South Tyrol. Elvas is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking. The town of Brixen is located just 4 ks from Elvas. Our farm is accessible from the north on Highway A22 - exit Bressanone / Val Pusteria, follow the direction for Naz, 500 m before the village turn right and continue in the direction of Elvas for 2 km. Our farm is the second house on the right. Coming from Bressanone take the road to Elvas. Our farm is located outside of the village on the left.

The apartment "2" has a balcony facing south and one facing east, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day. The apartment has a large kitchen, shower facilities and a double bedroom. The sofa converts into a double bed quickly,so that it can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment also has electric stove, refrigerator, dishes, linens and towels.

Our new apartment has 75m2 and has a kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people and living room with sofa bed for 2 persons. The apartment is on the ground floor, is oriented to the southeast, is very sunny and spacious and has a small terrace with direct access to the courtyard, where there is also free parking.

In Brixen/Bressanone and environs, history and modern life walk side by side. For centuries, this valley has been a crossroads: emperors, artists and merchants have passed through, leaving visible footprints. The Hofburg palace reveals the power of the prince-bishops, while the alleys of the old town wind between palaces and cafés. In the surrounding area, discover Klausen/Chiusa, loved by Dürer, and the waterfalls of the Gilfenklamm gorge. Malga Fane is an Alpine village that seems to be frozen in time.
