Our spacious holiday home "Bader" in St. Johann, Ahrntal, accommodates up to 25 guests. The house features 13 bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom, balcony, and safe, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

With 40 years of experience in hosting groups, our house is perfectly designed for clubs, couples, and families. We pride ourselves on offering genuine hospitality in a warm, cozy, and family-friendly atmosphere.

The heart of the house is our generous, fully equipped kitchen (42 m²) with an adjacent large dining hall (62 m²). For your convenience, the basement includes a storage room with a large walk-in cold room (4.4 m²), a freezer, and ample space for food and beverages.
Easy Logistics: A wide range of local suppliers can deliver everything you need for your stay directly to the doorstep.
Perfect Location: Two grocery stores, a pizzeria, and a restaurant with bars are located in the immediate vicinity.

Our large, partially covered terrace features a fountain, table tennis, and plenty of seating—the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning mountain panorama. Inside, children and teenagers will love the play area with table tennis and table football. Our tavern is also available for evening parties and celebrations.

Sport Room: Dry your ski or hiking boots on our heated boot dryer; a dedicated ski depot is also available.
