This apartment, set in the original part of the house, was partially renovated and presents a good compromise between rustic and modern style. The flat is made of two double rooms, a quadruple room with double bed and two additional beds, two bathrooms with shower, basin and toilet, a traditional Tyrolean living room, a separate kitchen and balcony. The South-East looking balcony is particularly wide, as it nearly occupies two sides of the apartment perimeter and boasts a wonderful Dolomites view. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for your holidays, with dishwasher, cooking plates, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery and dishes. Wi-Fi, towels and linen are provided for free use.

It is located in a quiet zone surrounded by nature, only 300 meters from the bus stop, which brings you in 2 minutes to the Ciampinoi or Sochers (Saslong ski world cup slope) cable way and to the town centers of Selva Val Gardena and Santa Cristina. The "Fitness route" is only few steps away in summer, as well as the hiking paths, starting directly in front of the house.
