In winter, the villa is located directly on the ski slopes with the SELLARONDA: direct Connection to the whole area of Val Gardena and to various Dolomiti Superski areas; ski out-in during the whole holidays; childrens slopes - ideal for families. One of the absolutely most beautiful Locations of selva. The outstanding closeness to the World Heritage natural park Puez-Odle and to the cable car Dantercepies mean a very convenient starting point for many beautiful hiking tours, walks, MTB trails, outdoor activities in summer. The center is easily reachable by a comfortable path and the local bus with stop at 50m = Holidays without car. The flats are finally lovely.

In the region Val Gardena region, the Dolomites are so close you can touch them and the Ladin way of life can be experienced in all its colours. Modern lifts and trendy events paired with traditional wood carving arts connect innovation and tradition on holiday.


The Val Gardena valley is an internationally renowned ski and hiking area in the middle of spectacular Dolomites rock towers. It offers outstanding holiday value at the highest level year round. A cable car ride from one of the valley stations followed by a gentle walk is as good a way of seeking out impressive viewing points as a hike round around the striking Sassolungo mountain or high-Alpine tours and via ferrata climbs. Val Gardena is strongly influenced by its Ladin population and the coexistence of three official languages: German, Italian, and Ladin. Taste and experience the seductive blend of cultures in the numerous Alpine farms, mountain huts, or restaurants. Wood carving is a cornerstone of Ladin culture worth seeing for yourself. It is the source of Val Gardena region’s nickname “Valley of wood carvers”, an aspect that has now been modernised and enhanced throughout the region.
